WORKOUT (5:30pm)
- 55 minute spin
DINNER (7:30pm)
- green bean salad (canned green beans, drained, apple cider vinegar, Green Goddess seasoning)
- Arnold’s sandwich thin with slice of light pepperjack cheese
- water
SNACK
- Edy’s frozen coconut bar
